HFP Alignment issues?

I'm trying to be proactive about this:

I put my HFP suspension on, at the end of May. Last Friday, I had everything aligned, and my tires rotated, at Honda. All 4 corners were out of alignment, so I'm glad I took it in.

However, before the alignment, the car went dead straight. I could let go of the wheel at 50-60 mph, without any drift. Now, the car is floating to the right very slightly, even though all corners are in spec. I had my girlfriend drive the car, and she noticed it also. I called Honda, and they are going to check it out.

Should I be worried that I messed something up, during the HFP install? I'm just worried that they will try to swing that on me. Or is it that maybe they will make some adjustments, and that will be the end of it?
