i would not worry about putting a system in your hybrid. i have an 06 hybrid and i put an indash, 2 headrest monitors, running a mini ps2 in the glovebox, 2 amp and 2 10" subs in the trunk. i did put an additional yellowtop in the truck in hopes of not creating any problems with the regular charging system. but ive had all this stuff done back in 06 and havent had any problems yet. i would just recommend telling your shop not to cut any or any wires in the process. to rewire anything necessarry without cutting anything that already comes with the car. good luck.
