they are all the same...just prefereance. theres nothing that is going to make there be traffic on the LIE on a sunday morning. but anything is possible. southern is an easier route, just cause it turns into the heckscher parkway at the end (less turns/exits) but there is nothing wrong withthe directions jordans planning.
just choose one of the roads and go.
