Depends how heavy the box, spring rates, placement in the trunk etc. For some drops people have noticed their rear sat lower rather than even with the front with the extra weight in the trunk area.
How much. Maybe 1/8"-1/2", maybe more, maybe less. Too many variables to put a number on it.
