Hello everyone. I am lowered on tein flex's and running 18x8 tenzo type m rims 225 tires, and I need to get an alignment...

So I called up this old honda guru who does alignments to perfection. He said something about moving the front strut bars on my 07' civic si. He says this will help me get the slam I want without any rubbing...

Has anyone heard of this before? Or something similar to this bizarre recommendation? He sounded like he knew what he was talking about and all my buddies go to him for perfect alignments on dropped cars but I still have no idea what he means. Also said there would be welding required. I'm kinda new to this so thanks for the help.
