yes. they ONLY come from Honda and ONLY come painted Fiji Blue Pearl. and good gawd are they freakin' expensive.

you MUST know a Mugen owner that will allow you to use his/her VIN @ a dealer that will allow it. just FYI. its not just a free-for-all on authentic USDM Mugen Si parts.
