Has anyone brought in there Si for the third time to get the gear problems fixed?
I've brought my car in twice to get the 3rd gear fixed, the first time they just replaced the tranny fluid, and the second time they actually overhauled the tranny. That was about around last June I believe. now I'm feeling the issue again and am feeling that its rough getting into other gears sometimes, and shifting into 3rd is just not as smooth as shifting into other gears. I have 28,000 miles on it right now. I've been driving a stick for a long time and have never grinded this much.

I've also brought the car in for a broken driver side visor and now the right side is broken and my front two windows rattle when its open like half way. WTF?

What dealers are recommended to deal with this, I'm in Los Angeles and have taken my car to North Hollywood Robertson honda for this issue cause that's where i bought it.

Any advice would help.

Also, can't this be considered a lemon? How does the lemon law work?
