Well, It is the fact that he didn't say a thing and agreed with Bush's spending. So, instead of keeping quiet or actually work in a bipartisan way, why would a
political figure like him talk to another nation about not trusting our gov't? He is an elected political figure wanting America to fail.
This isn't a Bush/Obama issue but rather someone wanting our big lender, China, to not trust our gov't. I can understand the hatred for Obama and his policies and he's by all means welcome to do whatever he wants so long it's within this country and legal rights. But what he did was WAY overboard.
