1. If you just want a drop and less body roll. Stock dampers will hinder suspension performance if you choose this route.

2. What spring rates would you choose? Stock dampers will hinder suspension performance if you choose this route.

3. I would choose this if I only had those 3 choices, except wait until you can purchase the KONIs to install.

Or:

4. Look into Redshift for their height adjustable set-ups using the KONI Yellows. RedShift Motorsports Home PageThey utilize a 6" spring vs G/C supplied 5" spring (6" better for travel). They utilized a revised version of the rear upper spring perch that is bolted to the chassis to prevent the isolated occurances of the rear spring to fall out when jacked up (possibly during driving, rare?) akin to the G/C design. Redshift you can choose custom rate springs as well. You can also use Swift coilover springs instead of Eibach, look them up if you are not familiar with that company. Check out their engineering behind their springs. Swift Springs USA

5. If you don't want height adjustable Redshift sells their set-up with Eibach Prokit or Eibach Sportline oe style drop springs.

If you speak to Chris at Redshift he is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were doing KONI set-ups before KONI even released their 06-09 Civic damper application. They were using KONI inserts from another vehicle that KONI and Redshift's engineers came to a conclusion the inserts they chose were close to that of 06-09 Civic characteristics. People that have them, love them.

I personally went with KONI OTS (off the shelf) dampers and mated Swift Sport Mach Springs to them. I love them. They were finally released about a month or so ago. Make sure you read up on them as the front is an insert style design the requires the stock front macpherson strut housings to be modified. Koni Front Insert Installation Overview

The fact the KONI dampers will control the oscillations of the oe style drop springs is great, well,...that's what they were designed for. Ability to adjust rebound force is great too, and rebound is what designates most handling characteristics anyway. Added bonus is custom valving services available and rebuildable too.
