Saw this car at the movie theatre (in Northern VA). Car was from Georgia, go figure lol Couple of other people laughed and took pictures as well!!
I'm five ft tall and the wheels could have easily come up to my chest, ugh, so FUGLY

I now carry a camera in my purse at ALL times! Thanks OCHO, this is now my new obsession. Forget grad school and careers, my goal is to have the owner pose with his ricermobile.
