How bad is that for my transmission?

Other than being worried about the long-term damage to my transmission because of the low MTF, this is the best thing I could have done to my car. Each gear grabs so much smoother now. 2nd no longer "farts" into gear. I've never really had a problem with 3rd, but it doesn't feel mushy anymore. 6th is also a lot easier to shift into. I used Honda's new MTF.
You should be okay. As long as there was some lubrication in the gear box there shouldn't be any damage. How much was the Honda stuff? I am using Royal Purple and I just looked on their site and they don't recommend it for Hondas or any sort. It is compatible with GM Snycromesh so I thought it would be okay for Hondas. I may need to change it again
