I am pretty sure touge is mountainous roads..... tight sloped mountainous public roads. and wouldn't that fall under street racing?
i dunno what touge is in the states (smae def?) but i am like 90% sure that touge is a def used in japan.
and Toronto ppl help out, WHERE THE HELL DO YOU FIND TOUGE IN THE GTA?
(or near "civilized" ontario)
