Dude you bent something in the rear. Probably the spindle or even possibly the knuckle. If your steering wheel is off center now from hitting your REAR wheel then you bent something pretty badly. I would not drive on that for too long. You will destroy your tire on that wheel. I am an ASE master tech so take my advice and go directly to Honda on this. Pay the extra money and get it fixed right. Most shops will NOT get it right and your car will never be the same. Trust me.
