so...as my OP was closed, here is my follow up.
"Tai" claimed my order i wanted canceled had been taken care of...yet they still have "awaiting action" in my info for this order on their site (it said this before when they told me they didnt have the header they claimed to have, and offered me ZERO compensation for the hassle!! they said "uh you want another one???"....No! i want what i ordered!
so as of now, i get no response from a PM on 8th or on thier website. GREAT customer service! dont buy from these fools
