Great review, but gotta disagree on the "notchy" shifter. This thing is like buttah. Try a Subaru STi, the transmission is bulletproof, but you definitely feel it going "thunk!" into every gear. The 350Z is the same way. This car felt about the same as the BMW 330i to me in its shift smoothness when I test drove.
