have you actually tried? what exactly have you done as far as testing?

As mentioned... I have witnessed this on at least 3 other 08+ Si's with the same result.

the only video i have is this, which you can tell i do a burnout after getting the tires wet. you cannot see the 'TPMS' light because of the angle that the camera was at, but i was using drag radials that do NOT have TPMS sensors in them. Note at about 20sec in the video where i start to do my burnout and you can clearly tell that VSA is not engaging

edit: correction... i had my 18" summer wheels on in that video. not my drag radials... but those dont have TPMS sensors either.
