Low beams are aimed way too low. Headlamps usually have phillips screw to adjust height.

I called (2) local Honda dealers. In general, they do not want to aim higher as they are understandably concerned over glare to oncoming drivers. Will only adjust if aim is off from factory spec.

Does anyone know how to adjust aim? Is an adjustment screw visible from wheel well after removing plastic inner wheel well cover??

I don't want to bother oncoming drivers and will be careful, but reach of low beams seems to be only ~ 3-4 car lengths.
