If you install Halogen bulbs you should be fine with the ones you have. You'll have to remove the bumpers to get the headlights and tail lights in. THe headlights are easier than the tails, I can tell you that. YOu may have to look around in the DIY threads. I'm overseas and don't own a Civic anymore but I could get the headlights off of one and swapped out in 30 minutes and that included removing and putting the front bumper back on. I think the tails only take a few minutes longer.
