Sometimes when I start the car, the Heater/AC LED's change from upper and lower vents with heater, to upper vent only and the AC comes on. Only happens when starting the car.

The thing causing this problem is random, has happened 5 times in the last 2 months

Of course service dept. never heard of this quark! Ideas???
