If you're asking to play DVD [Data-]ROM's it already does, but if you're asking if you can swap in a DVD Reader to play movies, the answer is no. Why would you wanna go through all that anyway? It's significanlty cheaper and less work to just buy an aftermarket system.

I meant DVD conversion as playing DVD movies through the navi LCD. Some cars the navi drive is in the trunk or glove box so one can tap between the the drive and HU for a RGB signal. But the civic navi dvd drive is within the HU itself so I was told i it'd be hard to do the conversion
