I also have the Civic Hybrid sedan, and need original Honda parts that are on the Holland-specific Civic Hybrid version. These are original-equipment parts, not aftermarket non-Honda parts.
I have sent email to various Honda dealers in Holland via their general "info@" addresses, but none has replied yet. For that reason, I need to find
direct email address to Honda dealer parts departments in Holland. The parts are readily available but finding the contact info has been very difficult.
