Yes, but it's not going to empty out in 3 years or less.
You should take your car to the dealer and have it checked out. If the system is too low to function or empty (and you car isn't 10 years old) there is a leak that needs to be checked out. Unfortunately the condensor on these cars likes to eat rocks.
