i'm just thinking about it now but i'm leaning more towards this mod and going back to stock or comptech.

the way i see it ... i'd put a 3" random tech cat in there to cut out some of those fumes i get when my windows are down, put this in after the cat, have a stockish exhaust to keep it clean, sleeperish and quiet ...
If you put in a cat, it will quiet the exhaust down a lot and make the car more environmentally friendly. I've already asked AJP to make me a custom downpipe to integrate a Random Technology 7000 series cat with flanges on both sides (so that it can easily be swapped out with a test pipe when running at the track). The part is scheduled to ship out to me at the end of this week.

I never said anything about street racing and I do not condone that type of behavior. As I am sure that you know, you do not have to be racing in order to hear the wastegate bleed off excess exhaust pressure to the atmosphere...You can even hear it when reving the RPMs up at a standstill.

BTW, here is a link on how I plan to modify the dump tube.
