On the Si's the filter is located in a bad spot. If the shop did not clean up after the oil and filter change then I bet there is alot of oil stuck around the sub-frame. This is common. To fix it all you need is some simple green and a water hose. Spray the simple green on and around your oil filter and anything under your oil filter. Let is sit for minute and then rinse it off. This should fix it. Everytime I change my oil, I have to perform this procedure. I thought the same thing when this happened to me. Next time just have the shop you take it to clean it up good.

I spray the crap out of it with brake clean to get all the oil off the car. Or it will drip after your done.
