Oil leaking from filter

Maybe I can get some input on my issue I'm having. Ok so my Civic Si only has 11,000 miles on it. I take it in for an oil change and when I get it back it's leaking... Not bad but a couple drops after I turn off my car. I brought it back to the shop that changed the oil and they said it's leaking from the filter. So they replace it with another brand new filter. They said it was probably a faulty filter. So it's been a week and it's still leaving a couple drops of oil every time I park. Did I get another faulty filter? Seems unlikely. They use napa oil filters so they aren't bad quality. If it's leaking from the filter... but the filter is replace and it's still leaking, and if the filter is fine.. what else could it be?
