Honestly if someone would just take the car to a machine shop they could have a flange built in an hour, and then you can attach an external wastegate in there and make a pipe to connect it to a T3/T25/T4 flange and you'd be done.
YOU DO NOT need a new head lol. The manifold is built into the head, but the "header" is connected at a flange into the manifold, so that would be where the flange/adapter comes into play

fitting a turbo might be a problem. Especially anything big though.. unless you can get smaller radiator and cooling fans - or possibly removing one of the fans.
