wrong , i live in cali it just depnds on what where who guy cop is , legaly your allowed only 70 % which brings it to a 35 % tint leval , i have a 20 % never get pulled over night or day yet my friend has exact car we have same sound ( l5's) he gets pulled over all the time ( both under age )
on the tint diy alto all you have to do is use steamer and it wont leave resado , and ppl that can use steel wool is better then using blades and scratching glass
