At 400 Miles, I took my '07 Civic Coupe EX with Navi in for a similiar problem, it was leaking oil, took it to the dealer and they said it was oil leak from the PCV valve, because the crush washer was not sealing properly. They replaced the washer, and the problem was corrected....
until 1 week later when I noticed another leak. 640 miles, and the dealer says that the timing cover bolt directly under the timing chain tensioner is leaking oil from inside the bolt hole. After 4 and a half hours, and a test drive, he applied Honda bond to the threads of the bolt and reinstalled and torqued the bolt.
Will it leak it again, I hope not, I can't believe this, I've had this car a little over a month, and already so many problems.
