^ at which point you're likely to hear "Short Shifter? So you race it, drive aggressively. I'm going to go ahead and void your warranty for any transmission service". Not saying that will happen, but, logically, they might not like it.
Before you take it in, I put it all back to stock and 1) see if that corrects the problem, and 2) avoid the hassle from the service monkey. YOu can always put it back in once you get the problem corrected.
