I had a door ding recently, and the dry ice method did not work, at all. I think it depends on the particular dent (if it's a creased dent, and most dents from other doors hitting your door will be, then forget about it). I had a paintless dent removal guy remove mine. It's nearly invisible and you really really really have to know where it is to see it. He only charged me $35.
