1. should i see if i can get a good deal for the trade in 1st
2. should i bring the car in and complain how it gives me so many problems?
3. how much you think the cost of the trade in should be?
thank you in advance if you can help me anyway you can, the si is my dream car, and i need to make this work somehow.

thank you
If you don't mind my input...not knowing the specifics of how you purchased (the financial details) the 06 lx, you'll likely take an ass raping on trade-in value on such a "new" vehicle. i.e., being what's called "upside down". Complaining about the car giving you problems, and I'm just spitballing here, might be a lack of maintenance and repairs on your part. If you think you have a brake problem, that's on you too fix, not so much Honda's problem. It'd be nice if it came in as a warranted repair though. As fro your trade go over to edmunds.com and use their wizard to find the value of your lx.
Hope this helps.
