Or... buy a jump pack and never have to worry about damaging either vehicle... :) I had a bad habit of leaving my Integra's lights on when I first started using it for a daily (Subarus shut their lights off with the ignitiono), so after jumping the car twice, I bought a jump start pack from Sam's for like $50... :) great thing to own for sure! Charge it up and throw it in the back of the car...
Good little write up for one of the things that gets done incorrectly so often!
