1 door down

Hey, thanks for the awesome DIY. I've got one door down and made a slight booboo which kinda sucks but otherwise not too bad. I'm gonna change the material cuz I don't think I like it but here what I have.

This is the finished product on my first door, might change to blue suede, I want a blue theme inside the car

This is where I messed up, somehow I pushed through the panel slightly and now we've got this little bump

I also noticed the door handle assembly doesn't quite sit flush with the arm runner, might tinker with this a little.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of my little bump, please enlighten me. How much does a new door panel cost?
