dowNNshift - I too installed the K&N SRI recently on my '07 Si Sedan - major difference! The only thing I would add is that you might want to add some rubber washers under the metal-to-metal connections on the 2 connector brackets. I noticed after the installation, and others have as well, an annoying vibration that is felt through the pedals and steering wheel. You'll notice on the stock air-box that there are isolation washers for all the connecting points - this is what I have tried to do with the neoprene washers.

This helps to quell about 90% of the vibration transfer. I've actually spoken with K&N about re-engineering the connection points to isolate the vibration - they can certainly do a better job than I.

Also, have you noticed any difference in mileage? I took my Si on a 300+ mile roadtrip with the stock air-box and got 33 MPG - the other day I went on a 300+ mile roadtrip with the K&N and got only around 28 MPG - I was driving conservatively as well. I live in the Northeast so this could be the reformulated winter gas (they add ethanol which kills mileage). Thoughts?
