Allowing only VIP members to vote would really help minimizing the chances of cheating, new members won't pay for VIP just to make their friend win.

Also, little pictures that show each main mod you have on your car would be a better idea than allowing only two pictures that you can hardly see anything in and people usually don't read the mods list..
