You are foolish to assume everyone knew about the rule. It's being changed now, so I'm not going to bother arguing with you.

What the problem is now, is that while a moderator apologized for the mistake of not properly publishing the rules - the same moderator is accusing a person of cheating (when the most of the fault here has to do with the lack of rules posted).
