How was oeightmugen cheating if the rules weren't even posted? I understand that you've pledged to make things clearer for next month, but if you're still calling him a cheater even after you've admitted to accidentally leaving out a concise list of rules to follow by - that's not right.

You're a direct representative of 8thCivic, and any opinion made by you (unless explicitly noted) is official especially pertaining to ROTM, as you're administering it. I could understand it if a random member had an opinion about oeightmugen, but you're different. By expressing what you did - you implied that this community as a whole deemed him as a cheater, which he is not.
