There are several differences in the non-Si. The stock air box is a PITA to remove (different design than the Si) and there is a large wiring harness that runs over the top of the large shifter bushing (if you remove the three bolts from the bracket that holds the shift cables in place, you can move the big bushing out from under the wiring harness where it is easier to see what you are doing). The install took me a little over an hour to complete. You will need a metric socket wrench set with extensions - I can't imagine doing this install without the proper tools.
