I just installed my si rear sway bar and I love it!! The rear end feel stiffer. I was driving the car with no rear sway bar for 2 days- feels more comfortable, or at least follows the surface of the road better with no bar in the back. Only problem (no bar) is with the rear end swaying when performing quick lane changes. Now all I need to do is take off my stock rims and put my 18" Volks back on then go for a spin.
-Do you feel more of a difference with upgraded wheels tires? (225/40/18)
I don't know why I couldn't do it the day earlier. I simply started to install the sway bar today and everything was falling into place. 11mm (hollow?) to 17mm solid. You really think the 22mm sway bar is that much better? Does your car oversteer more than you would like? How much for the Progress rear sway... I just put the Si bar on and you're telling me to go with the Progress sway bar because its that much better
not what I wanted to hear. I am happy with my mod then someone tells me there is a better mod. Everything came out to $70 my family and friends are going to think I'm crazy if I change it again. How much would you say the Si front sway bar helped you?:) Is there an aftermarket front sway bar?
