Its my understanding that if you swap the front bumper it will work.

1) buy 09 bumper
2) buy 09 grill
3) install.

I'm not sure but i do know that you can't just buy the grill and swap them out. The 06-08 grills are attached to the bumper whereas the 09's are not.
