Your story sounds familiar. I own an '07 sedan with 50,000 kms. Just came back from dealer and had to replace rotors and pads. Pads I can understand, but the rotors were a shock.
I typically get between 100,000 kms and 120,000kms on a set of rotors. I have previously owned '87 Si and 2003 sedan with no issues. The only thing that has changed in my regular driving habits is the car. I do 70kms daily mainly on highway with stints of stop and go in rush hour traffic. I believe this to be premature wear. This has taken the bloom off what I think is a great car.
Any thoughts?
