you have to go to court and make a plead and then pay a fine. Ive done this twice before. marijuana will never be legal becuase they make so much more money making it illegal. i dont know about cali but in nevada the fines came to like $700+ and all i had was a gram each time. $700 for a gram i didnt even get to smoke, some cop got to smoke it.
