Should I get HFP 18" Wheels for my EX Coupe?

HFP 18" Wheels weights about 23 lbs, does the wheel weight too much for the non-Si Civic?

Does the HFP 18" Wheels make my coupe less MPG, and slower acceleration? What else does it effect the car?

Or should I go with 17" instead...
