That sucks..
If your service manager is being a ****, then you need to convey that to the higher ups. If they don't care then take your business elsewhere.
Even if it's something covered under warranty, they're getting paid if you take it to them. And you don't want to support ******* service.
I just noticed that one of the ads on this page is a big picture of a hinge... skynet must be one step closer to world domination.
