well i was putting on my rear lower tie bar. i thought it would be as easy as taking off the 2 bolts but i forgot i had to jack up the part under the brake, now the holes dont align. how to the heck do i fix this?

and heres when my day turned to shit
after taking off that plastic diffuser thing under the trunk the car, i proceeded to remove one of the tie bolts.
thinking it would be just like the front, i was terribly mistaken
after that bolt that you see that half ass out, the arm popped out of place. im thinkin, "o shit, thats not good". so my main concern was putting it back into place. after 2 hours of "jack up and down" combinations, i got it half way in. but its not enough for the grooves to meet the screw
what to do now?!
