I am interested in buying or finance a new Honda Civic coupe

you know how tricky dealers are......
what are some of you guy's experience?
what do I have to watch and expect?
any local dealer I should avoid.
I went to the one on Kingsway, Van (cannot say names here) and wasn't that good.
