Yes, the Blazers do an excellent job for the minimal price. I have them on anytime I have the headlights on because just headlights foreground output alone is rather poor.

They came with halogen H1 bulbs for the highs and lows, and reuse the stock turn signal bulbs.
I've got DDM 35w 5000k HIDs in them however.
