I just installed my HIDs today, they are Apexcone 55w 8k (pretty weird how the output is still pure white)

well anyway today it rained and I was driving on the freeway and I ran over big puddles on the freeway with my lowbeams on. Then about 15 minutes later as I was exiting the freeway, I was following this big black truck and saw my cars reflection, then I noticed my left headlight has gone out, and thought to myself maybe its just a loose wire, so I turned my headlights off and got to my house and I was about to get ready to check out whats the *** was going on with my headlight until I decided to test out my lights once again. and then my left headlight turned on.

What is getting me confused is why did it turn off in the first place and decide to turn on once I got home?

the ballast and wires are secured tight.

and btw I doubt they over heated because I only had them on for 15 minutes until i noticed one was out

any thoughts guys?
