Most site owners that I've talked to usually refrain from posting info along those lines. It can technically compromise you if I would be hit with court orders or whatever to provide authorities your IP address or whatever information. I'm not saying it is going to happen, but it could. This is the same area as allowing street racing things to go on. Police or whatever do have the ability to request info about users if they have the legal paperwork done.
