I asked my local shop if they could put these on (and they're really cool, they've done a lot of work for me) and they said no. The reasoning was is that the parts aren't CARB approved (I THINK that's what they said....but it wasn't 'something' approved)
I would do these myself, but I honestly don't have the resources and tools to do it. I suppose I might be able to pull it together, but it would be way too much work. I had to install my CAI with the jack that comes with the car. VERY difficult.

You are never going to find a pulley kit that is CARB approved. AEM is not CARB, Unorthodox is not CARB. Pulleys do not change your cars breathing behavior and have no effect on emissions, so they do not require CARB approval.
The biggest difference between these pulleys for the R18 and AEM or Unorthodox is that the NST ones are out already, they already are and will be available in more colors than their competition, and they will be priced lower than the "big brands." No brainer bro.
And I talked to Mike from NST (NSTonAIM) and he had some very interesting news about new stuff for the K20 in the next few months. I think you guys will like
